Refund policy
At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain products such as personal care items, underwear, or customized products may not be eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Once your return request is approved and the item is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
